It has never been assembled. At 35+ years old, it shows only some minor handling marks in the parkerization, but is otherwise new condition, just waiting to be built by a competent gunsmith into a Sten or a Sterling. This receiver is a fully transferable NFA registered machine gun, and all NFA transfer rules apply.
