This is a used suppressor with no baffle strikes or end cap strikes. It is in Like new condition. It is a heavy can, weighing at 2.4lbs. 

The $200 tax stamp payment will no longer be required for these items after January 1st 2026.

You will still need to complete and submit the ATF Form 4 and pass a background check. The processing and approval time by the ATF will still be necessary, though the fee is removed.
