The Marlin 1914, nicknamed "potato digger" because of its unusual operating mechanism, is an air-cooled, belt-fed, gas-operated machine gun that fires from a closed bolt with a cyclic rate of 450 rounds per minute.

This gun is in excellent condition, and is sitting on a Form 3.  Comes with the original mount as shown. 

According to ATF paperwork, Marlin is the maker of theseTransferable Machine Guns. Rest assured, these items are fully transferable on an ATF Form 3 or Form 4. The process is tax-free and seamless, transferring directly to your Class III dealer from our inventory through a form 3 efile.
