Rare Unfired Colt Factory M16A1 5.56mm Transferable Machine Gun made for the Lebanese Military

This Chester County Armory listing is for a rare and unique factory Colt M16A1 5.56mm transferable machine gun. This model was manufactured by Colt for the country of Lebanon's military with an early, A2 upper. It is roll marked with the Lebanese national symbol of a cedar tree, and is the second overall one created for them, designated with serial no. "F.S.I.000002". This transferable Colt machine gun also features the SAFE, SEMI, and AUTO markings and is in unfired condition. The "F.S.I" markings were created by Colt to designate the machine gun to the Lebanese Internal Security Forces (in French: Forces de Securite Interieure). This rare and collectible Colt is in excellent, new and unfired condition, with only some minor handling and storage marks. This transferable machine gun was out of the John Keosayian collection.
