Heckler & Koch MP5K-PDW 9x19mm Fleming Reverse Stretch Transferable Machine Gun w/ B&T RQD Compact Suppressor

This Chester County Armory listing is for an excellent condition Heckler & Koch MP5K-PDW 9x19mm NATO transferable reverse stretch machine gun made by Fleming Firearms. This model is being offered as a package with a brand new condition B&T RQD Compact 9mm tri-lug suppressor.

Fleming Firearms originally built and registered their unique reverse stretch models by converting original Heckler & Koch HK94s into MP5Ks by using original MP5K front ends, but retaining the original full rear of the 94 upper receiver. The reverse stretch design of this weapon allows this Fleming MP5K to accept all MP5 stock assemblies, including the attached PDW style, as well as original A3 telescoping styles or original fixed MP5 stocks. This small change in the setup of this machine gun allows for a significant upgrade in the versatility (not to mention comfort) of the Fleming-built MP5K’s, allowing them to go from fixed stock, to telescoping stock, to folding stock, to no stock, if so desired.

In addition to the PDW folding stock, this specific weapon also features the HK PDW Navy barrel, which sports both tri-lug attachment capabilities, as well as threading to Navy specs for direct thread attachment of a suppressor or accessories. The weapon model has been remarked to “MP5” and an HK paddle magazine release has also been installed. The SEF Navy style grip rounds out the features of this transferable submachine gun.

Overall, this weapon is in excellent mechanical and cosmetic condition. The metalwork is solid with no dents, dings, cracks, gouges, or malformations, the BCG and bolt group note only minimal wear, the bolt face is crisp and clean, and the barrel is bright and shiny with crisp, clean rifling and well-defined lands and grooves. The SEF fire controls and trigger group are also in outstanding condition, with no noted concerns, whatsoever.  Cosmetically, this weapon is also in excellent overall condition, with only very minor handling marks noted in the polymer furniture and only minor surface marks in the matte black finish.  The polymer vertical grip and four position trigger housing are in new condition, and the folding PDW reverse stretch stock displays only minor wear and use markings. Included with purchase of this transferable machine is a brand new, in the original box, B&T RQD Compact 9mm removable Tri-lug suppressor.  Purchase of this package will require two NFA tax stamps (one for the transferable machine gun and one for the silencer).

This beautiful example of the world’s foremost desired sub machine gun is fully transferable, and is currently on an eForm-capable Form 3 for easy transfer.  The current Form 3 lists “Fleming” as the manufacturer of this machine gun sear and “MP5A3” as the model. The Form 3 for the suppressor lists “B&T USA LLC” as the manufacturer and “SD-122800-US” as the model.
