This Winchester M1 Rifle was converted and then Amnesty Registered (Amnesty paperwork included...see picture).  This M1 was never overstamped with M2, but it is papered as an M2 Carbine.  It is overstamped with the IRS marking/Serial Number of IRS-4955.
