Vector Arms acquired Group Industries’ Mini Uzi receivers after Group Industries went bankrupt in the early 1990s. Group Industries had originally manufactured a batch of Uzi-style receivers with the intent to produce both semi-automatic and fully automatic Uzi variants. However, due to financial difficulties, they were unable to complete all of their planned production.

According to the ATF paperwork Vector Arms is the maker for this Transferable Machine gun. It is our goal that you are 100 percent satisfied with our products and transaction. THIS GUN IS CURRENTLY INCOMING TO MWT.  This will transfer direct to your Class III dealer tax free from our inventory on a form 3 Efile.
