This kit was originally manufactured by IMI and imported by UZI America in 1997 for use in factory original Uzi SMG’s. It was In response to a request from the U.S. Secret Service for a closed bolt version of the original Uzi SMG, for submission and consideration in VIP protection services. Works in only Transferable's’ that have been converted to full SMG spec’s will accept this kit. The mounting pin is different on factory original UZI SMG’s and/or Dealer Sample UZI’s, than a standard conversion using an original semi-auto host.

Purchased this kit in 2007. It is still in the original shipping box and  was never fired nor  installed during that time.
