SHIPPING INFORMATION

I only ship firearms to Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL)Dealers. Please review your states laws prior to purchasing. Laws are rapidly changing state to state. The cus-tomer is responsible to know their states laws on firearms, accessories, and ammunition.

NOTICE

Buyer is solely responsible for determining that a used gun is safe to shoot. The firearms offered have not been test fired but have been given a visual inspection only for auction purposes. It is recommended that every used firearm be inspected by a qualified gunsmith before firing. By bidding, the buyer agrees to hold seller harmless against damages, injury, or death caused by defective merchandise, misuse, or disregard. By purchasing this item, you (Buyer) agree to release seller from all liability, whether criminal or civil, arising from the purchase, ownership, possession, use or misuse of this item. DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If the merchandise that is received is defective out of the box, you will need to contact the manufacturer directly. If the product is missing parts or pieces, you will need to contact the manufacturer directly. Defective merchandise must be returned to the manufacturer. Warranty repairs should be shipped to the manufacturer or their authorized service center.

FIREARMS

When you purchase a firearm or firearm receiver components you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. You acknowledge that ALL firearms MUST ship to a Federally Licensed Firearms dealer (FFL holder). If for some reason a firearm cannot be picked up from the destination dealer or a NICS background check has been denied, then you will be subject to restocking fees. There will be no exceptions to this rule.

Please take your time to inspect all firearms thoroughly before proceeding with the transfer. Once a new firearm is transferred to you, it is considered used, even if not fired. Consequently, I cannot accept returns on firearms once they have been transferred into your possession. If a defect is discovered after the transfer, the firearm MUST be returned directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair (in accordance with manufacturer's warranty policy). Manufacturer repaired firearms can be returned directly to the customer without additional FFL transfer or associated fees.

ACCESSORY RETURNS

I do NOT accept returns on accessories unless I have grossly misrepresented the item or sent the wrong item. Many accessories have a manufacturer warranty. Please contact the manufacturer if there are any issues post installation.

All sales on any “used/as is” products are final and non-returnable.
