The S&W 6906 is one of the most practical early Law Enforcement weapons manufactured by Smith & Wesson. The gun is all stainless steel and Double Action Only. The hammerless design allows for ease of carry and is still a popular choice for conceal carry as a holstered option or even a purse because of the snag-free hammer and smooth edge design. Many police officers still carry this weapon as their OFF-DUTY gun.
