This USAS-12 is in great condition. It was shot very little and lived in a safe most of the time, the internals have little to no carbon build up. There is a small fracture in the handguard in front of the charging handle as seen in the pictures. The bore is free of any rust or pitting. 

While this is a semi-automatic 12ga shotgun, the USAS-12 has been deemed a Destructive Device by BATFE as they have determined it to have no sporting purpose. Therefore, this item must be transferred and registered under the NFA requirements for Destructive Devices.
