According to ATF paperwork, Gemtech is the maker of this Suppressor, and Lauer Weaponry is the maker of the SBR. Rest assured, these items are fully transferable on an ATF Form 3. The process is tax-free and seamless, transferring directly to your Class III dealer from our inventory through a form 3 efile.
