Aero Precision complete lower with flat top upper and charging handle, no bolt barrel or magazine. This one was previously slated to be an SBR so it has my company markings on it. It is NOT an SBR. Everything except the buttstock plastic are new parts by top shelf parts makers - Aero, Rock River and Smith and Wesson. This great builder starter is going for $250 plus sales tax or shipping to your dealer.
