SOLD PENDING FUNDS This is a slab side AR15A2 Sporter II Colt registered receiver complete lower in excellent condition. The weapon is currently on a Form 3 in my dealer inventory and can transfer on a Form 3 or Form 4. The weapon transferred to me as a Colt AR15 Machinegun” and will transfer out the same. The front pin conversion was completed by M60 Joe. I do not know much more about this weapon as I only recently acquired it from a fellow FFL who is battling serious illness. I will be receiving several additional Pre-86 Dealer Sample weapons which I will also be selling for him in the next few weeks. I prefer to transfer directly to another FFL but will transfer to a local non-FFL buyer; Texas Sales Tax of 8.25% will be collected if the buyer is a Texas resident and not is not a FFL.
