The CHD (Compact Heavy Duty) There are some instances where a 1” diameter industry-standard .22 suppressor just doesn’t cut it, and that’s where our (new for Summer 2010) CHD comes in. At 1.5” diameter by 6.75” long, we specifically designed the CHD to fit inside most standard quad rail AR hand guards to perfectly complete your .22LR AR build. Instead of looking strange and out of scale like a 1” can often looks sticking out of your hand guard, the CHD will be perfectly in scale with your rifle build. In addition, the CHD is equally at home on subgun .22LR conversions and bolt-action or semi-auto .22LR or .22 Magnum rifles. It looks and sounds absolutely great on pretty much any host, so if you like the “larger can” look, the CHD is for you. Of course, that extra volume also makes the CHD extremely quiet with a mellow and pleasant tone. The CHD is rated for .22LR full-auto fire and .22 magnum, and disassembles easily for cleaning.
