Steyr AUG .223REM Transferable Machine Gun, Registered Qualified Manufacturing Hammer Pack and Host

This Chester County Armory listing is for a Steyr AUG transferable machine gun chambered in .223REM.

This beautiful bullpup machine gun uses an original, pre-1989 imported, Steyr-Diamler-Puch AG produced AUG/SA as a host rifle for the driving force of this transferable machine gun; a Qualified Manufacturing registered machine gun hammer pack.  Due to registration of the hammer pack as the transferable machine gun part, NFA and BATFE rules allow this hammer pack to be utilized in other Steyr AUGs as host guns, as well.

This particular host rifle features the 16″ carbine length barrel chambered in .223REM. This model also features the original, integrated, 1.5X Swarovski telescopic battle sight with its original black ring reticle.

This transferable machine gun is in excellent overall condition. Mechanically, both the host weapon and the hammer pack are in wonderful condition, with no operational concerns, whatsoever. The bolt notes very little wear and the bore remains bright and shiny with crisp rifling. The polymer stock displays no cracks, dents, dings, etc., and only minor handling marks are noted in the exterior. The Swarovski optic is clear and intact with no scratches or marks in the glass noted. The disassembly lock on the stock does note some minor finish wear at the top of the push pin, however it is only cosmetic in nature.

This transferable machine gun hammer pack is currently on a Form 3 that lists “Parker, Richard DBA Qualified Manufacturi” as the manufacturer and “AUG” as the model. The host rifle will transfer as a standard Title One firearm.  This model will come with a total of four original Steyr magazines (two 30rd magazines and two 42rd magazines) as well as its original Steyr polymer optic lens covers (not pictured).
