Springfield M1D Garand Korean War Bring Back!

This M1D is in good condition, The bore has some rust and the last few inches are pitted and doesn't show much rifling. The stock doesn't have any splits or cracks, just some compression marks and scratches.
These rifles saw very limited use toward the end of WWII with the majority of them being assembled in Japan after the war in the arsenals that we controlled under martial law. The Dept. of the Army Ordnance decided that it was a less costly and an easier procedure to send the parts over to Japan rather than sending the rifles back to the U.S. for rebuild.
